The QualityWorX CTS DataHub is a turnkey platform that consists of a host PC and Sciemetric Studio analytics software. It allows you to start collecting and analyzing real-time data from up to five CTS leak test instruments or Sciemetric sigPOD in-process test monitors within minutes of setup. 

The ability to correlate data from tests and processes across the production line provides you advantages from providing complete traceability data and proof of compliance in an easy-to-access format to enabling continuous optimization and quick response to issues affecting testing.

Get even more out of your CTS Leak Test by collecting and analyzing the data with the QualityWorX CTS DataHub. Digital process signatures, or waveforms, gathered from the test will give you the insight you need to improve your leak test with better limit setting, greater repeatability, reduced cycle times, full traceability and more. 

The QualityWorX CTS DataHub currently supports the Cincinnati Test Systems' Sentinel I28, Sentinel C28, Sentinel Blackbelt leak test instruments. Contact factory for the latest list of supported instruments.

Sciemetric sigPOD

Don’t stop at leak test! sigPOD is Sciemetric’s in-station process monitoring platform that uses advanced signature analysis to track manufacturing processes, provide real-time pass/fail feedback and deliver the most advanced defect detection.

You can connect up to five sigPODs (or include sigPODs in the five devices you connect) to include test data from a variety of production processes: press-fit, torque, NVH, weld, and more. You can also gather data from a Sentinel 3520 connected to a sigPOD.

As part of the QualityWorX CTS DataHub solution, Sciemetric Studio offers an effective way to view data collected during the production process to identify faulty parts and improve your process. In this screen, we see a feature trend (pressure loss) with a highlighted failure that went outside of the set acceptable limits. As seen in this screen, you can view the exact moment of the fault in the process, allowing you to better identify the problem and prevent it from happening again.

As part of the QualityWorX CTS DataHub solution, Sciemetric Studio offers an effective way to view data collected during the production process to identify faulty parts and improve your process. In this screen, we see a feature trend (pressure loss) with a highlighted failure that went outside of the set acceptable limits. Using this data, you can quickly identify anomalies by part serial number and gain insight into whether your limit setting may need to be altered for better accuracy and efficiency.

As part of the QualityWorX CTS DataHub solution, Sciemetric Studio allows you to overlay waveforms to easily visualize and identify anomalies in the data to pinpoint faulty applications/processes. This screen shows a waveform trend on pressure loss data at a manufacturing station, with the faulty process clearly identifiable (highlighted in red). This part can then be easily identified by part number and removed from the line.
