The CTS Sentinel MH is an advanced high-speed and multi-function leak test instrument capable of carrying out a variety of differential pressure test types. With its compact and modular design, the CTS Sentinel MH can be placed closer to the test part, to simplify and shorten the test cycle.
The instrument’s fast and repeatable results and high-resolution measurements make it ideal for leak testing to IP67 compliance standards for sealed devices such as electronics and battery packs.
The CTS Sentinel MH’s modular design makes it a distributable and scaleable system. Manufacturers can easily expand and manage their network of test instruments, as required.
This is possible thanks to CTSnet LT – a highly intuitive user interface that delivers a new level of control and ease-of-use, right from a PC. With CTSnet LT, all Sentinel MH instruments on a network can be easily discovered, connected, and all their available parameters configured. A leak test can be started, stopped, and its results read in real-time. CTSnet LT is included with Sentinel MH at no extra cost.
The Sentinel MH, along with several other CTS instruments, is also designed for testing parts/assemblies that must comply with the IP67 standard for ingress protection (dust tight, leak-free to withstand immersion in one meter of water for 30 minutes).
CTS delivers an automated, faster, more repeatable, and more objective leak test that can use air (dry and non-destructive) instead of water to quantify leak.
